strip out formatting from customer email

Hi all, here is another conundrum for you.

We have edited the template for the 'order shipped' email and hope we can get this almost automated. The version we now have is more to our liking, but is it possible to change the way the product lines and address are formatted and alter the subject line to our own? For instance, we don't like the separator lines above and below product and address.

I've looked through the Design|text entries and can't find anything relevant. :(

Hi Josie

You can move around the NQVs and enter new text into the email templates, but unfortunately the formatting of the product lines and customer's address is currently managed in the program code and so can't be customised.

We are expecting more flexibility of the order processing templates in version 7.
