Considering EPOS Advice

Hi everyone
I'm just trying to get my head around the fact that you don't use Sage anymore if you have EPOS.

We want to use Actinic Business Client and link it to EPOS system.

So how do we process payments made to the suppliers who you sent PO's to? Would you have to re-enter the PO in to Sage manually? Can you print a list of people you owe money to from EPOS?

Would be grateful if somebody could explain this in plain English, thanks!

Hello Zoe

You can still use Sage if you use Epos as well but Epos won’t link directly to Sage.

You can link Actinic Business to Sage via the Sage link and link Actinic Business to Epos via the Epos Link. You would have to enter in the Epos Purchase Order details manually into Sage.

A list of suppliers you owe money to through Epos can be checked through looking at any current orders you have with them within Stock Orders\Orders\Current.
