I have read the thread about removing the search from the catalogue pages when i go on template editor and try and find Act_primary.html i don't know were it is located i have tags named main, section, other pages, ordering, misc, searching, product variants and brochure where should i go from here to remove the search from my site please help

As part of the learning exercise, if as you click through the options you mention, you will open each template in notepad, look at the name of the template, when you get act_primary ...you've found it





or more simply, use the change view, you will then see Primary

If you're in the Tabbed view (grey background), then it's Main / Primary. If not hit Change View and look again.
