Non Downloading Orders

Hi, i take it actinic stores its orders in two files one a .cart file and one a .chk file, i have two sets of these on my website but actinic says there is no orders to download, is there anyway of getting actinic to download them ?

Orders are actually stored as *.ord files. The files you mention are abandoned shopping sessions, which get deleted after a few hours.
