The chargeback is principally between your acquiring bank, the issuing bank and yourselves. Actinic are not involved.

A Chargeback Notification indicates that the card issuer has refunded the amount on a disputed transaction to the shopper, and the amount will be refunded.

You cannot stop the card issuer chargeback from occurring. However, you can ask the card issuer to reconsider the chargeback and also take direct legal action against the buyer under the small claims scheme.
