Google Missing Links

Today I was surpise when i did a link:www.hst.com.sg/ on google it show a 69 pages is linking back to me. Out of which most are from my children sites linking back to it. I must say that the result is random, sometime i manage to see the 69 links, sometimes not, sometimes not manage to view the next 20 links. Why is this so?

If you have google tool bar with you, you will see that sometime if will have a pr of 6 sometimes it will have a pr of 2 on the home page.

Is it because actinic uses the home brochure page confuse google?

Example:

www.hst.com.sg/
www.hst.com.sg
www.hst.com.sg/index.html

are all refering to same site.

If you do a backward links using google toolbar you will able to see the 69 links, but not link:http://www.hst.com.sg/ on google search.

Another problem is the random page rank.. Some time 6, some time 1.. Anyone have this problem before?

Any help is appeciate.

I've just looked and the indexpage has no backward links and a page rank of 1
