"Retrieve Orders"

After working perfectly for a year, the "Retrieve Orders" command on the Web dropdown has suddenly become greyed out thus I can't get at my orders. I've checked under "options" on the Business settings and all boxes on "Allow on this PC" are checked. Any ideas?, he said plaintively.

You will have to do an upload befor the button becomes available again
