While uploading Actinic Ecommerce, a 'Script is unable to run on Web Server' message is received
The most common reason for this message is if the 'Path to Perl' is incorrect in the network settings ( Web | Network Setup), this applies if your ISP runs UNIX servers. To rectify this you will need to contact your ISP and get the correct path from them (they will need at least Perl 5.004).
If your ISP runs Windows NT servers, it may be because the Perl executable has not been correctly associated with your CGI-BIN.
