Email drop Down Menu

At the moment you have a choice of three subjects to choose from from the email menu:-

1. Order Received
2. Payment Received
3. Order Shipped

I want to add some additional email templates so they appear on the drop down menu.

i.e

1.Item out of stock it will take x amount of days to fullfill order.
2. Payment declined, contact us.

I can amend the original emails and rename them, but how do you add them to the drop down list?

At the moment in v6 there is no way to add these to the drop-down list (but this is being addressed in a release next year).
