UPS Registration Error

When attempting to register UPS online tools, Actinic 6.1.3.1 returns "Registration error: XML tag not closed. </Address> tag not found."

To fix this issue you will need to download Actinic Ecommerce v6.1.3 DLVA SSP setup

Once you applied this, it should be okay
