increment highest value

Hi,

I seem to have had this problem with both v4 and v6:

I have 2 shipping options, both are the same appart from the costs involved.
I have my shipping cost set up by weight and then increment highest value in table by £x per 1000kg.

When i click into another class it minuses .01p from the increment value...why?

Has anyone else seen this?

I can't seam to replicate the problem. Would you mind posting a snapshot of your shipping tables so I could have a look? I might not have my shipping set the same as you.

Another thing to try might be to go to 'File | Export' and export your shipping tables.

Then replace your SimpleShipping.mdb (in the 'ShipControl' folder) with the one in the 'Original\ShipControl' folder.

Then do 'File | Import' and use a 'Hierarchical Import' to import your exported shipping data.

Obviously, back up your site with a snapshot before you do this.

If you still get the problem then attach your shipping export file to a posting in this thread.
