Error creating prompt file

Any idea why I'd suddenly get this?
Trying to upload, Actinic is saying "Error creating prompt file, The web site ordering process may not work correctly"

Haven't done anyting on site this evening, except retrieve a few orders, anyone know what this error is?

Hi there.

At what point of the upload process does this appear? Also, could you go to the Advanced menu, select Network setup and click test. What are the results of this test?
