New Logo - Would appreciate your thoughts

We've just had our logo redesigned to coincide with the opening of our new larger retail shop. We absolutely love it!

We'd appreciate your feedback/opinion.

Basically we sell Fancy Dress Costumes and Party Supplies.

Note: The website colours will obviously be changed to match with the new logo.

Are those the colours we chose? I though we liked the blue and yellows.

PS. Did you see Lee's comment?

With you using the colours throughout the site, anything with red as a main colour has to be got rid of IMO. Red just doesn't work on websites in any great quantity almost all of the time.

A great improvement! I don't think the red is a problem as long as it's limited to the logo. If you forced me to make one small suggestion, I would say put the tail of the P over the hair rather than under it, to improve legibility :)

Logo seems fine but on looking around I was really annoyed by photos of costumes that don't show the head or feet.

Surely no-one would want to buy a lion or elephant costume without seeing the head.
