Upgrading Version 5 catalog

Can i upgrade Version 5 Catalog to Version 6 Business?

If so, how & where can i do this?

There is an upgrade path from Catalog V.x to the latest Business, but to be perfectly honest, it works out slightly cheaper by some £40 + VAT to buy it as a straight Business v6 copy with us as it is not possible to discount the upgrade copies as well as the normal full copies..
