Constant error message?

Every thing was going fine............until today i tried to enter a new product and when i clicked on OK i received the following error message:

The specified file name conflicts with another file name!
Please enter a unique (ignoring case) file name.

I've now to enter other products and still the same error message!

I'm using Actinic Business V. 6

you need to upgrade to the latest patch. this has been fixed
