Order number Sequence

Hi all,

Just a quick question… The order numbers in actinic run in sequence but every so often it misses some out. Is there any way to prevent this happening as it looks like orders have been deliberately deleted?

Hi Liam,

The missing orders numbers are from orders that were not completed. So someone has come along, added stuff to the basket and then gone away again without placing the order.

Thanks Jan, nice to know its not me going mad or Actinic forgeting how to count, lol! Is there anyway of overcoming this or is it another of actinics wonderful errrrr features?!?
