META TAGS, Keywords

Hi,

I have noticed on my actinic pages that there are fields for meta tags and keywords.... At the moment my meta tags are in my index page.

The question is will i gain anything from using the fileds?

Do I have to use the fields on every page that I have?

What format should I use?

I asked the same question a while back and the reply was you get better search engine ratings by doing individual specific descriptions rather than a general one

YEs you should have a unique description for all pages, one that describes the page.

The same goes for the keywords. 8-12 per page and those words must appear in the body text of the page
