I've had a customer on the phone saying that she can't add a product to the basket, but when I try adding the product it works just fine.

All the information I have is that it's on this page...

...that she was using IE, and that when she pressed it "nothing happened".

Is there any reason this wouldn't work for some users? Is there anything that might block it (overly strict settings on AV/firewall/popup-blockers etc)?

Nothing I can think of. It all looks OK to me.

I had a quick look at the code and that all looks OK too.
