Did you watch the John Lewis story this week on TV, with 200 staff in the e-commerce side of the company they turned over £200 million.

Working on the same numbers we calculate that if we take on 193 new staff we should also make 200 million

Cashflow on wages may be tight for first few months, but anyone see any other problems with this plan:eek:

Hi Chris,

Is that becuase your existing staff are turning over £7 Million? or are you expecting that adding 193 new staff to the 7 you already have will add the whole £200M?

Either way, you might need to add some large warehouses, dollops of customer loyalty and a few £5,000 sofas to your product mix.

Mike

Oh yes. And have your own furniture delivery vans and staff across the uk. (but the good news is you don't have to include these in your 200 staff count - they'll come from the other side of your business)

Sorry Tracey

I have five already and I think you are wrong anyway

2 x ladies = 1 man therefore need 386 if going that route:p
