Following feedback on the new Community design, we've made some changes which will be implemented throughout today. As well as adjusting the design, you'll also see a new 'Thanks' feature allowing you to thank members for their posts, and also user-selection of themes which include a new iPhone theme to make browsing the Community easier when you're on the move.

We are also looking to bring in some additional themes based on the adjusted design but with different colour schemes in the near future. In the meantime, if the current colour scheme is still too bright for some, the old blue theme will be available for selection.

Does this mean Norman's going to take his shades off?

Ahh... My eyes have stopped bleeding. At last I can take the sunglasses off.

When at the top-level, the iPhone theme has a [?] icon against every forum. This doesn't seem to differentiate between read forums and a forum that contains new posts. I've got the same icon on everything.

UPDATE: I think it's a missing icon. If I view the iPhone style on a normal browser, I see the icon is coded as:

img src="iPhone/statusicon/18.png" border="0" alt="" id="forum_statusicon_18"

But it's not on the server. Trying to load it results in. The requested URL /iPhone/statusicon/18.png was not found on this server.

Phew. Am much more likely to spend significant time here again now.Strange how little things make such a difference. Thanks Ben.

Norman, yes it was a missing icon. The original forum icons in the iPhone theme were horrible and irrelevant - I've put up a new icon but unfortunately the code in this theme doesn't differentiate between forums with new posts and those without.
