Epos V3.10 Log Off Delay??

Please can someone help us.
We've just upgraded out Epos software to V3.10 and have imported all the previous user and product lists etc from the old version we have.
It all works ok other than once we go into the sales screen, it logs any user who signs into it out after a matter of a few seconds.

I know that in the old version of the software we could change the Log Off delay to 30 seconds+ (I think we had it set at 2 mins)

But in this new version we cannot find an option to change this.

Please help as we are unable to use our till properly at the moment!!

Hello Amy,

Unfortuantly, automatic log off is no longer a feature in Actinic EPOS. Older versions of the software which have been upgraded will have to turn this feature off or it will continue to log off constantly. Please see steps below:

1) Close Actinic EPOS down on all PC's
2) Make backups of your databases.
3) Attached to this post is a file "TurnOffAutoLogoff.zip", save this to your desktop and unzip it. Then open the unzipped file.
4) Double click on the file "AutoLogOff1.vbs", this will run a script, click "Done".
5) Double click on the file "AutoLogOff2.vbs", this will run a script, click "Done".

This will disable the automatic log off feature.
