HELP! customise the shipping destination drop down

how do remove countries from the shipping destiniation list?

i am only allowing shipping to the uk and europe.

ok, i've got the list sorted but now the option to ship to a different address is back. i have to ship to the invoice address.

HEEEEEEEELP!

how do i remove the seperate shipping address?

You can remove the option to ship to a different address by unchecking the 'Show' box in Design Text, Phase: -1, ID: 16.
