Checkout Page 0 TabIndex

I just went in to edit Checkout Page 0 to reapply the capitalisation onblur mods and noticed that the tabindex bits seem to have got messed up.

This is what is there:

tabindex="NETQUOTEVAR:TABINDEXINVOICEFIRSTNAME"

Can anyone confirm what should be there from a fresh site rather than an upgraded site.

I can't licence a new site myself to test as I am still waiting for my licence key.

So does anyone know what it is suppsed to be?

As far as I can tell there are no variables called TABINDEXINVOICEFIRSTNAME or TABINDEXINVOICEADDRESS1

After further checking it seems like these variables are being used correctly - they just looked a little strange in the Design View.

Can anyone else confirm that there is no tabindex field for the salutation box?

My problem is that if you press TAB after filling in the salutaion box it jumps you to the user defined tickbox rather than the First Name box.
