We will shortly be moving over to Actinic v10 Catalogue (from v7).

I noticed in the v10 Business version, the spec says that it allows you to take telephone orders. Does this mean that Catalogue does not allow this feature??

We hope to be using Actinic Payments to take payment details from manually enetered telephone orders...so can we do this with Catalogue?

Thanks!

As far as I remember there is no MOTO form in catalog so you would have to use the Actinic manual terminal for manual orders. If you download the v10'trial you will be able to find out for yourself -either that or give Actinic a ring.

The MOTO (telephone orders) form is only in the Business versions of Actinic, not the basic Catalogue.

You can still take offline orders in Actinic Catalog but there is no MOTO form like Actinic Business has.

Operations > New Order will bring up a manual order form and from here you can still enter the full order.

Once the order is entered, you can still interface with Actinic Payments to process the payments.

You just don't get the fancy MOTO form tab itself.
