Marketing Message on Every Page

Is there a simple way--that I'm missing--to display the marketing message at the bottom of every page?

Marketing message is on Business Settings, terms and conditions tab

Got the message but it's only showing on the index.html page.

Would like it to appear on the bottom of every page (or at least every page in one particular section).

Should I do it with some form of netquotevar?

the quickest way to do thisi s to use the Footer.

Design|Options|siteDefaults........footer
