What's the official way to report production bugs? Do we report them as support tickets?. I've done this in the past but then it's hard to keep track of what is happening and no-one else knows of the issues unless they happen to be posted here. It's a shame that the Getsatisfaction site seems to be closed (http://getsatisfaction.com/actinic/topics/v10_beta_forum_now_closed) "lack of integration into our support systems unfortunately makes it completely impractical to use get satisfaction for production releases". It was a good way of tracking which bugs were reported and their status. Is there a plan to have a similar system for production releases? as it would make things much easier.
I have upgraded a site from V9.0.5 to V10.0.0 which has the CSS upgrade bug (http://getsatisfaction.com/actinic/topics/v9_to_v10_upgrade_css_layout_problems), checkout progress graphic bug (http://getsatisfaction.com/actinic/topics/checkout_progress_graphic_needs_to_change_with_theme_colour) (previously reported as fixed) and actinicextras.js bug (http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=46875) however only the latter is mentioned as being fixed in the V1001 beta (http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=47079) release notes.
