Product Photography?

I don't know if this an appropriate place for this question, but couldn't find anywhere more applicable.

Anyway, does anyone have any experience in doing there own product photos. Most of my products are in the 1x1 > 30x30cm size range & most are reflective.

I have a decent camera & have been looking at some of the Kaiser, Ezicube & Sharpics light tents, but need some advice if anyone has any.

We do all our own photographs using a Canon 1000D camera and Sigma 40mm macro lens. The photos are all taken on a desktop studio lighting table using a magic arm to position and hold the camera. If you like the pictures on our sites let me know and I will give more detailed information.
