Problems with Extended Info

I am now having a problem where none of my Extended info pages will load -
http://trials.actinic.com/trials/trial62144/index.html

I can navigate the site fine, but as soon as i click on a product to access the extended info a blank page opens up, and this happens for every product

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

try a site refresh, and also look at any changes you have made to the layout, reset to default and start again?
