Enabling Switch Start Dates

Hello,

As i'm sure you're all aware, new switch cards now have start dates. Can anyone tell me how to make Actinic ask for this when ordering? At the moment we have to ring the customer up and ask them, which is embarassing for us and irritating for the customer.

Hi Jed

You can make Actinic ask for Start Dates, by going to View | Business Settings | Payment & Security. Then if you select the 'Credit card details captured for later processing' under the Payment Method, then click Configure Method, you will see there is a tick box for Start Date, check this box against the cards you want this information for.
