shopping cart and login breaks site

When i try and login into my site the site doesnt display right and ignores the css file and totaly breaks the site. The same goes for the checkout page.

I think it has something to do with the browser saying its an insecure connection and then a padlock appears at the bottom of the browser with an explamation mark. This happens in all browsers that i have tried.

Is there anyway to make it secure and return it to how i designed it?
