The green line...

Hello,

When we load Actinic Business Plus on either our computers a green progress line slowly works it's way along the screen showing a % progress as it goes. Actinic is available to use, but until the line reaches 100% many features do not work, about ten minutes later.

What is this line showing us and can we safely stop it?

It's loading the data caches, the user defined properties is probably the biggest of those. So you are able to do operations that don't need the full caches loaded but not those that do - an upload for example probably needs the full caches. You can't stop it as far as I know.
