View Full Version : Importing V9 snapshot into V10

Im having an issue when im importing a snapshot from V9 into V10.0.1 Business Plus.

It will just hang on upgrading scripts, i am using XP, logged on as administrator, have restarted the machine, i have re-installed the program, i have left it importing over night and when i came back it was still just hanging on upgrading scripts, it is located locally so its not a network or permissions error.

Can anyone help, please

I can't import a v9 into the v10 beta. Same hanging problem. Have also uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted, to no effect.

I have done several imports from V9 to V10 Beta, V10 and V10.01 with no problem..I assume the usual compacting of the database has been done? Could be one for support.

Yes, all the usual efforts have been made.

We have another v10 site which was also a v9 import and that went swimmingly well.

Must be a modified layout issue I think. When I've time I will track it down. For now it's not important as it sits very happily in v9 and the attempted upgrade was solely for testing purposes.
