Resend Digital Download Email Missing

Hey guys,

I have a client that sells mp3s, a V9 site that's been upgraded to V10.

She is having two issues:


There is no longer a Resend Digital Download URL email layout
Actinic is uploading the Digital Files every tie she publishes changes which can take several hours


I've not worked with a digital download site before, so forgive me if these issues are trivial and easily fixed, but I've tried the help files & searching the forum and come up with nothing.

Has anyone ever seen one or both of these issues before?

Further Info:

I have created a new email layout and used the Resend Digital Download URL
Layout, but that doesn't seem to have a link in it either.

I have to admit that I'm tired & hungry, but am I missing something obviuos? :confused:

The 'Resend Digital Download URL email layout' is there in the default v10 store.
If they are refreshing the store they have an option to exclude DD files but they shouldn't be uploading every time for every change.

Sounds like the upgrade didn't go too well.

Hmmm, I don't think it did.

The previous designer didn't seem to have a lot of Actinic knowledge and I've had to to do a lot of extra work to get it more functional.

Opting out in the refresh doesn't seem to make much/any difference in load time. It's very strange.

I'll compare email layouts with a V9 install I have.

I don't know if you have resolved the issue of digital files reuploading each time changes are made to the site. But this was an issue I had with version
9, which was supposed to have been fixed by V10.02. Whilst it is a lot better, some digital files do still insist on uploading each time. However it is more manageable than it was.
