We have had a few orders of products not currently in our catalog, we removed them completly but people are finding them through search engines, example below,

If you go to ask.co.uk and do a uk search for eheim filters we are listed on the 1st page and when you follow the link you cn se the products and purchase as normal, we then receive the order and payment.
When we tell the customer they are very frustrated!!

This link below shows what i mean

http://www.ask.co.uk/ix.asp?q=eheim+filters&ac=none&xx=0&qid=6D34418C4BE9144F867EF8206F3E0E00&p=1&s=2&sp=ix&fn=tuk&b=0&fo=2&r=10&io=3&fp=6&fr=1&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Ekoivision%2Eco%2Euk%2Facatalog%2FEheim%5FFilters%2Ehtml&adurl=

The same happens in google and other search engines

What can i do to solve this problem.

Thank you to anyone who can help.

The only way I can think of it to add the line

<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOARCHIVE">

within the HEAD tags in act-primary.

This should tell the SEs not to achive your page but present fresh ones each time.
