View Full Version : Order details not in customer order confirmation email

OK... another one. Having just updated all the protx/sagepay changeover integration stuff (I know I'm a bit late on this one!), I've now finally got the blinkin' thing working again - except my order confirmation emails that go out to the customer from the server on checkout no longer contain the details of the order. They did prior to updating the sagepay stuff. Not I have headers on the columns - REF DESCRIPTION QUANTITY PRICE COST - but no item details beneath them. Where have I killed something please? :(

Also now fixed. I think that there was some discrepancy between references to http://mydomain.com and http://www.mydomain.com at the passing-to-sagepage stage that was resulting in the order details not being generated in the customer email. Don't know why or how or where, but taking the www. out of the website network configuration details seems to have fixed it? :confused:
