Different Shipping Per Customer Possible?

Is it possible to specify different shipping options per customer? We want to have a defined customer "walkin" that picks up the product in person. We don't want to charge them for shipping.

Yes.

I think you just have to 'right click' on the appropriate zone and select 'add class' from the options shown. then you can set it to be 'walk in' or whatever with zero charge.
