Minimum Quantity

If you set the minimum quantity to 1...or to 300...is there a way to have that value appear in the quantity window. No matter the setting, the quantity showing in the window is "0".

Ignore the question...first time I've used One Add to Cart button for page...makes sense that would require them to all be 0...
