Logo on till receipt not working

I have tried to follow the instructions here: http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?p=289101#post289101

Has anyone had any success with this? I am using EPOS3.10 (post-April issue) and cannot get this to work. I have the right size, file name and format of image and it is in the checkout folder as described by this link above. It doesn't do anything. We have restarted EPOS and also shut down the PC and restarted EPOS with the same results.

I've attached an example of a logo which works when copied into the C:\Checkout folder.

I tried this a gazillion times and so did my business partner with no success. Tried it tonight and it worked. Go figure.
