Confirmatory emails

Since the virus/worm problems last weekend, my Actinic catalogue has ceased sending out confirmatory emails to customers and emails telling me there are orders waiting. I don't know if there is any connection between this and the virus but either way, it's a nuisance. Any ideas gratefully welcomed.

There is unlikely to be a connection as the online email is generated by the Perl scripts at the server.

It couldbe, however, that Actinic thinks a necessary file is online, but it has not atually uploaded it. This is controlled by the desktop and in order to remedy it, I suggest ensuring that you are not missing any Perl files online by going to 'Web | Refresh Website'. This will upload all files again.
