:confused: After a near crash yesterday, I finally copied Actinic V5 with all site details to a 2nd PC. However, while everything else works, I cannot get Retrieve Orders to function. The button is not active. email etc works fine though. AL.

Hi Adrian

Is the retrieve orders button greyed out?

If you try doing a Web | Refresh, that should un-grey the retrieve orders button, so you can download your orders again.

Yes, it is. Do I have to go through a complete upload or can I cancel at a certain stage as I don't really want to upload right now? Rgds, Adrian Lawlor

You would have to do a complete upload (Web | Refresh Website) to activate the retrieve orders button again.
