Out of Stock

I have master products that have multiple other products attached to it using components. I am getting quite a lot of goods go out of stock and the master product is showing as out of stock on my website, but associated products are still showing as being in stock except when you actually try to process the order throught he shopping cart.

Is there any way I can set up the associations so that associated products are also shown as out of stock.

Is there any way I can set up the associations so that associated products are also shown as out of stock. Unfortunately, not in the software at the moment. However, Jan offers a tool that allows this functionality within Business (further info here (http://www.mole-end.biz/acatalog/Solutions.html)).
