v7 - transfer licence to new domain?

My customer bought V7 a few years ago, and now wants to purchase a new domain and run actinic catalog from there.

Can we transfer the old licence over to the new domain, or would they have to purchase new/upgrade?

You will need to confirm this with Actinic but if you are retiring the old domain then it seems reasonable.

That said I would recommend an upgrade anyway - it's so much faster and easier to develop in v10 than it was in v7.
