Overwriting root index.htm

Hello,

Is there any way to tell the Refresh Website function to NEVER overwrite to index.htm in the web server root?

It seems to have a switch to tell it ALWAYS to overwrite, but not the other way!

There is not automatic way of doing this I'm afraid - I have added it to our wish-list.

Can you not change the Catalog URL to not be index.html
