Shopping cart expiry

Does anybody know how long the shopping basket session/cookie stays active before it expires ?

For example if a user adds an item to their shopping basket but then closes there browser window ... upto how long after can they revisit the site with the item still appearing in their basket?

Hi Paul

Best to check the settings, if you go to "Web | Configure Expiry Periods", you should see delete Shopping Cart after xx hours

I believe the default is set to 3 hours
