Piccolink with networked Base Station?

I've been offered the loan (with possibility of buying!) of a Piccolink RF601 with network base station.

Doe anyone know, will it work with EPOS 3.11, or must I get a serial base station for it?

Any help much appreciated.

Actinic support say no, EPOS 3.11 was not written to support the Piccolink ethernet base station.
