Sync Server Port 4373 issues

Hi all MU folks,

I have v10.0.0.2 Business Plus up and running on a Vista PC and have one other Vista client PC connecting to it ok.

I have recently tried to add some new clients (XP and Vista) without success. They can see the database ok (I assume) but they cannot find the Sync Server.

I can run http://main-pc:4374/disco on all machines and get the XML response.

I CANNOT run http://main-pc:4373/disco on any PC - just gives page not found.

The ports are added to Windows Firewall, but I've also tried it with the firewall diabled without success.

Any further suggestions would be greatly accepted.

I just found that I also have port 4371 in use. The 'disco' xml reports it as...

I can get a response from this even though it's not in the firewall settings. What is this port used for, and is it relevant to my problems of not being able to connect to Sync Server?
