so, England has lost the world cup bid. !
is that good news or bad news ?
for me, Its great news, :) If England won their bid, Nottingham Forest FC wanted to build a new football ground just two miles from me in a green-field site That together with 4500 new houses (to sweeten their application) would have been really bad news for our village.

probably totally on my own when I thought the news was the best outcome,

Good news for me, they can't handle the pressure when out of our country, in the country i think they'd fall apart.

Can offer two

One brand new, smells nice and looks great

One used, Black charcoal effect with punjent burnt flesh smell, looks very realistic, Failed QC checks but very cheap, imagine BBQ spare rib and sausage:D

I think it's a shame it won't be coming here but not that surprised.

Everyone knows it's a voting system so you can't go round bad mouthing the small group that will vote and expect them to support you.

I also think the view's been taken this time that they should be taking the opportunity to expand football into new regions and help existing ones to develop their facilities. Something England doesn't have a need for.

Add to that the England bid team's poor politics and you have a losing proposition, no matter how good the 'technical' bid is.

Chris,
in this internet driven world in which we live, is there the automatic 7-day cooling off period with the ability to return it if

the colour doesn't suit my pale complexion
it doesn't do what it says on the tin
the missus thinks I look ridiculous in it
Amazon has a better one at a cheaper price

sorry, chris, Just want to know what my rights are in this case

Sorry no 7 day cooling off period, we do however offer 14 day cooling off period

It always does do whiat it says on the site

AS long as within 14 days or delivery date the missus can have her say

We dont compete with amazon so dont care you still have your 14 days

Have it embroidered and you then loose your 14 days unless faulty

If embroidery required up to 14 days delay at present:)
