Order Downloading

Hello my first post and I have spent this last afternoon searching the forums for answers on this. Basically I have v.7.1 use paypal not ssl and paypal just give me a Item no not name and address. Actinic states client and server not the same I have copied the original .pm and .pl files to the site. I have changed the permissions to download the order received today the .ord file (though cannot view it). Currently in the process of web site and purge and refresh hoping that will solve it. I notice there are no upgrades .exe for the older versions of actinic anymore.

I just want to be able to see orders that people have made. So far no luck.

Version 7.0.7 is available to download from their website, you should at least be using the latest incarnation of your version, although unsupported.

How did you reach this state?

Actinic states client and server not the same

Did you install a new copy of Actinic onto your PC? What happened?

I have copied the original .pm and .pl files to the site.

This sounds like manual intervention rather than letting Actinic do it. That shouldn't be necessary

The original copy of Actinic would have some security keys set that are required to open order and payment files. These would have changed if you reinstalled Actinic. You need to enter the original values (they'll be in a snapshot if you have one) in order to open any existing orders.
