'Merge' error

I have made some large design changes to my site and tried a test upload. I've been expecting problems because during the whole process of making these 'changes' I wasn't really sure what I was doing. The upload went almost all the way, only to get this:

Any help on what this is referring to?

Try a site refresh or failkng that a purge and refresh.

Yes, now you've said that I remember I resolved a similar issue in the same way.

(I was primed for serious 'issues' after my rebuild so I lept on that error message, but it's not so bad

I was expecting a message to read: WE CAN'T UPLOAD THIS MESS. WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU DONE?!)
