I have set up a discount on a few different categories, i.e bodycare 10% discount, healthfood 20% discount. However when I enter a product into sales, only the first item scanned is discounted. Can anyone help me with this please. Thanks Mandy

Is it perhaps ticked to say only once per order?

Ah you're using EPOS, i was referring to the discount system in the business software. Although i'd have thought they were largely the same. In business version it's a setting on the discount itself, maybe worth examining each tab or setting to see if there is anything similar. Can't be any more help than that i'm afraid, sorry for the confusion caused.

Hi, Does anyone else have any solutions to this? I am surely not the only business to offer discounts using Actinic? Please help if you can. :confused:
